My 11-year career has been defined by navigating the complexity of global organizations, from refining developer experiences for Google Cloud’s Gemini to enterprise experiences at Google Ads with my early stint at streamlining consumer workflows at Yahoo. Grounded in a Master’s in HCI from IU and a Bachelor’s in Design in IITG, my passion lies in foundational research that solves 'big picture' problems across diverse, high-stakes domains.
